'Old Grey Coat' an Album from 1980 This album contains original material and some re-constructions there are some nice arrangements and some fine musicians on this recording. 'Old Grey Coat' was a very 'Folkie' album of songs Almond had written over the previous ten years. The original had some fine musician's performing on it, unfortunately much of the original tape was damaged.  We have managed to piece together the recoverable items and recorded some songs which were lost. In the process we have come across a fantastic Pianist,  who has been able to replace the piano tracks which were lost with his own interpretations, he is a truly great musician, he is called Lukas Winkler and we think that as the years go by he could have a fantastic career in music. One song called 'Tavernelle' was complete but for the last note on a guitar.

'Songs of Hello and Good Bye' Almond has made many Albums, some have been lost this is the last recoverable one from 1987,  'Songs of Hello and Good Bye' even has some Reggae backing on a couple of tracks.. Almond wrote all the songs on this album, they speak of the many years He spent touring the Europe, The Far East and Africa. They speak of the beginning and ending of his first marriage and the emotions surrounding these physical and emotional events What Do You Do in Holland - Nairobi - Mombassa - Across the South China Sea - Kalamansi - I Brought You To The Alpine Mountains - Spanish Dancer - What about our Baby - Peter Pan Summer are the titles of the tracks. It is an emotionally taxing album for him for the events were hard and the recollection of them still bring pain, however, with the release of this album, recordings of virtually the songs he has written over the past 36 years are available, (there are a couple that slipped the net and of course there are always fresh ones).

'My Passport Says Planet Earth'  When you are a foreigner life can be tough, tougher than you might think if you have never been one. The title track of this album is provocative and asks the listener to ask some questions of themselves which may make them uncomfortable. The album is simple acoustic guitar and vocal with a very broad range of songs.

'Bananas' 1997 was made with Scottish Entertainments and is a mix of songs for adults and children, it was a kind of 'Self Improvement' programme which came originally with a book so the songs are there to appeal to various ages, it may be that the book is revived at present though the album is a heap of fun with some very nice arrangements of the the music for the songs.
